Stormbringer has been one of the top rated bands
in the state of Florida for over twenty-two years. Stormbringer has
been playing corporate events, clubs, and concerts, doing their own
style of classic/concert rock and originals. The band has recorded
four CD’s since 1990 and has done many other recording projects,
including two with violin/vocalist Robby Steinhardt from the band

Roundtree from channel 10 news and of course, Robby Steinhardt.
For two years in a row, Stormbringer was part of
the Charlie Daniels Angels Benefit Concert Series in Clearwater,
Florida, in which the band performed on stage with Jon Anderson and
Alan White of Yes, Mark Farner of Grand Funk Railroad, and the
legendary blues great Bonnie Bramlett. Stormbringer did a drum
clinic at Full Sail School of Recording Arts in Orlando as Alan
White’s band, playing Yes songs as well as songs from John Lennon
and George Harrison. (Alan White was their drummer after the
Beatles).
Stormbringer has done many shows and concerts,
including the St. Pete Rib Fest and Taste of Pinellas at Vinoy Park,
concerts at Coachman Park in Clearwater, Bike Fest and Poker Runs in
Daytona, the Florida State Fair grounds, and various events in St.
Petersburg, Tampa and the Florida Keys. Opening act concert venues
include: St. Pete Times Forum/Ice Palace in Tampa; concerts for the
Stanley Cup playoffs; tailgate concerts for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers;

Florida; and the National Guard Armory-Columbus Ohio.

Stormbringer started out in 1986 playing Mark
Twain’s Night Club (The Power Club) in Tampa, and then went on the
road around Florida and Georgia for a year and a half. In early
1987, a three piece band formed, playing local clubs and concerts.
From
1990 to1996, Robby Steinhardt, violin/vocalist from the band Kansas,
joined Stormbringer with a new line up becoming Steinhardt-Moon/Stormbringer.
The band recorded two albums and performed many concerts and in
clubs, including Pockets in St. Pete for eighteen months.
Robby rejoined Kansas in 1996 and Stormbringer
went about its way, touring the Tampa Bay area, Sarasota, New Port
Richey, and also playing Pleasure Island at the Disney complex in
Orlando Florida for 11 years. The band continues to record as well
as play corporate events providing the best in classic rock and
original material. The light show and sound is stellar, rivaling
that of large concert acts. The band’s song list is extensive, doing
Classic/Concert rock that no other band would attempt. Stormbringer
has developed a name for being unique and versatile.
